Key objectivesFor the launch and promotion of 23–29 Blue Pool Road, the luxury residential development of Hang Lung Properties, run an integrated campaign to stimulate desire for the new property among the ultra-rich tasteful target audience — in turn strengthening the brand image of Hang Lung Properties.
DeliverablesA print ad, poster, eDM and website were developed to promote the new luxurious residential project 23–39 Blue Pool Road, applying a one-of-a-kind drone shot of the property. The visual was also adapted for the client’s sales booth as well as for various communications. A bespoke bilingual brochure was also produced to define the new way of luxurious living and introduce the design concepts of 23–39 Blue Pool Road and its unique offerings — along with a leaflet which was attached to the brochure with technical details on the interior layout and surrounding areas. The brochure and leaflet were distributed to potential buyers and acted as the sales tool for property agents.
The awareness of the luxury property has risen due to the advertising campaign and its associated marketing collaterals produced by SCMP.
