Key objectivesTo produce a virtual conference about remote working, to position the premium audio brand as a thought leader to Singapore and SEA audiences. EPOS also wanted SCMP to amplify the impact of the event through online branded content and media.
DeliverablesMorning Studio produced and curated the entire virtual conference — with the theme “The New Age of Hybrid Work” — from its inception to content and from audience acquisition to the management of the event itself. Six expert speakers from EPOS, Google, Mercer, JustCo, Cigna and Singapore Management University outlined the emerging trends and the best practices of hybrid work in the Asia-Pacific region. They also took part in a thought-provoking panel discussion, featuring an interactive question and answer session, moderated by former CNA anchor Yvonne Chan. Two online articles — complemented by a comprehensive media plan involving digital display banners, eDMs, and social media posts — helped promote the event that was live-streamed on Zoom and YouTube Live, and a post-event report was produced for individuals who were unable to attend the virtual conference but with an interest in the subject.
Over 500 people registered for the event, with more than 300 professionals from Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia tuning in live to the EPOS Virtual Conference, which navigated the ever-evolving technological landscape and the effective ways for businesses to migrate to the new age of hybrid work. 

The comprehensive media plan included the delivery of over 1.3M impressions on and through SCMP’s social media channels, resulting in over 300K page views across all content stories with over 21K content engagements.
